
Katie Karppala MSOL, PCC, BCC is the founder of Authentic Dimensions Consulting, LLC. She is a board certified executive leadership coach, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Past President of ICF-GA. Karppala integrates coaching specialties in leadership, health, wellness, business, relationship and life coaching into her work. In addition, she is an image management consultant, corporate trainer and organizational leadership consultant.
As the creator of the Resiliency Design Index, Katie is a frequently sought after for specialties in resiliency, emotional intelligence, leadership, strategy, mindfulness and somatic practices. Katie is passionate about human development and people’s success. As a coach, Karppala uses strength assessment tools and structured coaching to help executives and individuals harness the power of their strengths and talents, decrease the learning curve of growth areas, and achieve personal and professional goals. Karppala graduated as an Honors Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Kennesaw State University, and obtained a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Brenau University. She has been certified and trained to use many tools including: EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 emotional intelligence, Hogan Assessment Suite, ARSENAL Assessment, Paper Planes, Inc., DLI learning assessments, The Peoplemap System and is a trained DISC facilitator. She has received additional training from The Institute for Life Coach Training, Emory Continuing Education and the Conselle Institute of Image Management.
