EQ-i® 2.0

The EQ-i 2.0 is one of the most scientifically validated Emotional Intelligence instruments on the market today. This instrument measures the interaction between a person and his or her environment, then presents results in both numerical and graphical form. The power of this instrument is in how the five Composite Scales and fifteen Subscales allow an EI feedback specialist to predict with amazing accuracy what behaviors a person is most likely to exhibit and to pinpoint the motivations behind the behavior.

The EQ 360, which corresponds to the EQ-i 2.0, uses graphs and numerical scores to give respondents feedback on their Emotional Intelligence from the perspective of those around them—managers, peers, direct reports, friends/ family and others. The Peoplemap™ System is designed to develop your "people" skills. These skills apply to all areas of your life – at work, home and all your relationships. This fun, simple and easy to use program gives you a "map" that creates effective relationships, helps you solve conflict and work with others to reach your goals. Discovery Leadership Profile™ (360 assessment)
This comprehensive leadership style assessment gathers perspectives regarding leadership performance from an individual in a leadership position and up to 30 raters. Based on research that identifies competencies critical for effective leadership, performance is measured using 40 items grouped into 10 competency categories.
Emerging Leadership Profile™ (360 assessment)
This leadership survey is an outgrowth of an extensive search for an appropriate tool for new or high-potential leaders. Research has led to the development of 60 items composed of 12 leadership skills and traits that influence a new leader’s effectiveness and establishes a foundation for personal growth. The 360 allows for up to 30 raters

Decision Style Profile®
The Decision Style Profile® is a decision making assessment that empowers leaders to make better decisions by enlightening them on how to choose the most effective and appropriate decision-making styles for given situations. Each participant is asked how he or she would make several real-world business decisions. A personalized report compares the participant’s chosen decision-making styles to the most appropriate styles, backed by extensive research and a current database of over 20,000 executives and managers. The Decision Style Profile® evaluates the appropriateness with which participants include others in the decision-making process, as well as the extent to which participants consider five critical decision factors in their decision-making processes.
